An 85,000 square foot complex housing a technologically sophisticated production facility capable of producing over 30,000 cases of product each week.


Equipment

Modern specialized equipment for custom processes, including:
  • 3 spiral freezers
  • 12 rack ovens
  • 2 donut fryers
  • 2 Rheon pastry lines
  • Bread, roll and sub roll lines

Nutrition
Baker Boy employs an AIB-trained expert in labeling and nutrition who stays current on the latest regulations for our market segments.

Sales
Our sales force is highly trained and adept at working with customers to define new product needs and serve as liaison to our R&D staff. 

R&D and Product Development
Baker Boy has a complete, in-house R&D department with product development capabilities to help our customers bring exciting and unique new products to market.

Kosher Certification
Baker Boy is a certified OU-D facility, and is inspected monthly to maintain our Kosher status.
