As you can see from the photos below, our newly expanded 50,000 square foot production facility is nearing completion and on track for its scheduled late-fall grand opening! In addition to its current 12 rack ovens, the renovated building will feature:
- A new, state-of-the-art tunnel oven
- Expanded capabilities in producing the artisan breads and rolls your customers demand
- Advanced testing protocols to ensure premier quality and safety
- “Green” features such as 36 skylights that make use of natural, sustainable lighting and reduce use of electrical energy
- The extra room and resources for us to help you build your business and meet customer needs!
