Preparation Instructions

Refrigerator to Oven Instructions:

1. Place 24 rolls on papered baking pan 4 X 6.

2. Cover & place in cooler overnight.

3. Remove & warm at room temperature for 60-90 min.

4. Place in preheated 325 degree conventional 18-20 min or 325 degree convection oven 15-18 min. or golden brown.

Proof and Bake Instructions:

1. Place 24 rolls on papered baking pan 4 X 6.

2. Cover & place in cooler overnight.

3. Remove & warm at room temperature for 60 min.

4. Place into 85 degree w/ 75-80% humidity proof box 30-60 min or until 2-3 X original size.

5. Place in preheated 350 degree conventional 16-18 min or 325 degree convection oven 15-18 min or golden brown.
